HK Systems Virtual Warehouse version 1.0 System Requirements: System Processor Pentium III or higher (Pentium IV recommended) Operating System: 2000 (Sp3), XP (Sp1) System RAM: 512 MB (1GB if running Hi-resolution version) 230MB available harddrive space (not including content) Graphics Card: 1024x768 minimum screen resolution (1280x1024 recommended) 64MB onboard dedicated RAM (128MB recommended) There are two versions of the Virtual Warehouse. One high resultion and one slightly lower resolution. Each has two versions, one for use with a joystick and one for use with a mouse. General Comments: Copy the version you wish to use to your C: drive. Upon launch, the first screen asks you to choose a resolution. Choose the resolution that matches your screen. After choosing resolution select the "Windowed" or "Full Screen" option. When controlling with mouse use the mouse to point yourself in the direction you would like to go. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move forward and reverse and pan left and right. To travel up, point yourself in an upward direction with the mouse and select the spacebar on your keyboard. When controlling with the joystick, use the joystick to control direction and the forward and reverse thrust buttons to control movement. When the Virtual Warehouse is first launched, everything will seem choppy until you begin moving around the system and the program loads into memory. Standing far away from the system and panning the rack structures may continue to be choppy. Avoid doing this. If presenting to a group, launch program in advance.
